We accept returns (except for custom-made orders) within 3 days of delivery. In order to qualify for a full return, all items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging with all tags still attached. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition will not be refunded.
Please note that we hold the right to reject refunds if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
All refunds must be sent via tracked service and paid for by the customer, as we do not provide free returns. Returns will be credited to your original method of payment. You will receive an email notification once your item is received back at our New Delhi distribution center as provides in the Contact Us section. Please allow 14 business days for all returns to be processed.
